Fubo 4K TV respects intellectual property rights and expects users and partners to do the same. This page describes how to submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice and our policy for handling them.
1. Important Notice
Fubo 4K TV is a technical service provider that does not host, store, or transmit copyrighted content on its own servers. All streams are delivered through third-party sources. If you believe a third-party stream accessible via our Service infringes your copyright, please notify us so we may forward the matter to the responsible provider.
2. Submitting a DMCA Notice
To file a valid takedown notice, please email service@fubo4k.tv with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL or channel identifier where the alleged infringement is occurring.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information to the address above. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers or partners who are repeat infringers.
5. False Claims
Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Please consult an attorney if you are unsure whether your situation qualifies.
