Refund Policy

We want every Fubo 4K TV subscriber to be happy. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial purchase if they are unsatisfied with the Service, for any reason.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email service@fubo4k.tv from the address used at signup.
  2. Include your order number and a brief reason (optional but appreciated).
  3. We will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

3. Conditions and Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Renewal payments after the initial 7-day window.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, resale).
  • Service interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party hardware.
  • “Buyer’s remorse” outside the 7-day window.
  • Refund requests made after streaming more than 24 hours of total content (we monitor abuse).

4. Partial Refunds

For long-term plans (annual or biennial), we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion if there is a documented service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours.

5. Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Crypto payments may be refunded to a wallet address you provide; due to volatility, the refund amount equals the USD value at the time of original payment.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks result in immediate account termination and may be contested with evidence of service delivery.
